1. Orders & Payment

All orders are processed upon confirmation. We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the sole payment method. Please have the exact amount ready at delivery.

2. Delivery

Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹10,000. For orders below this, a shipping charge of ₹499 applies.

3. Returns & Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Returns are accepted for damaged or defective products within 7 days of delivery. Contact our support team to initiate a return.

4. Warranty

Warranty terms vary by product and are specified on each product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage from misuse.

5. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions. Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings. Dimensions are approximate.
